It is wonderful. We are using it to have the grandkids put on puppet shows.
My grandchildren and I have “talked about” the three bears for a long time…so I finally found this “Little Golden Book” and now we can read the story. They love for me to read it to them and truly enjoy the illustrations. They say always say the lines the bears speak in their own version of bear voices !! I am not sure who enjoys these readings more…my grandchildren or me.
This book is now a new favorite on my 2 year old’s list. He loves the story and now has it partially memorized, I think. He has learned the concepts of too hot, too cold, and just right; as well as big, medium, and small. Hopefully he is learning from this classic story not to repeat the fresh behavior of Goldilocks. I think the repetition and sequencing of events in this story are appealing to little minds. The only reason I gave this book 4 stars is because sometimes the picture on the page preceeds the story and it hinders the flow of ideas.
